fatal error after latest patch

After downloading the latest patch to allow 25 quests,etc I am unable to launch the game after clicking on the "PLAY" button - I get several fatal error messages. I have rebooted several times.

what do I need to do?

Since the last update today I get "Error: aria2c exited with code 15" when trying to update and play.

I deleted the whole folder, downloaded client again and re-installed.

updated client and still get the same error when clicking Update.

my drivers are up to date, I dont have an older GPU

I am having trouble playing the game after the latest update! when I open the game and enter my credentials! in the character section window I see the turtle wow logo! and it seems the game is not following the Octowow update!. also when I log into the game I have the following problems:
1- I can't see the chat window
2- The game U.I. has changed back to the turtle wow client.
3- My bags wont open
4- I get an error on my UI which says something about multi action bar.

could anyone help me out here! I can't play at all.

P.S: all mods are disabled.

Deleting the installing again the game client worked for me
