The game won't open.

This morning, when I tried to launch the game, it simply wouldn't open; I kept getting the error: "VanillaFixes" - DLL Entry point returned an error(0). Make sure you have a compatible game client (1.6.2 - 1.12.1). I eventually managed to get it running by disabling all mods, but the game would crash whenever I opened the Auction House or the talent pane, giving me the error: "Your game interface files are corrupt. Please remove your interfaceFrameXML folder." There is no such folder, though; I’ve reinstalled Windows, re-downloaded and reinstalled the game and the launcher, but nothing works. I don't know what else to do. Any help?
