Wool Would Work, the Goldshire quest, allows players to collect all 20 wool from a single sheep.
The quest requires that a player right click a sheep, and then it has (appears to have?) a % chance to run away or give the player one flock of wool. If you just keep right clicking and following the same sheep, you can collect all of the quest items from a single sheep.
