Constantly high ping from German locations during evening

Hello Devs,
For a lot of people playing from Germany, we experience a sudden increase in latency at the evening hours to your server. I know this for a fact that this applies to many players, it is much talked about on the German octo discord
Many people experience more than 400ms latency and additionally lag spikes, making the game essentially unplayable during prime time

Are you aware of the problem and are you working on a fix?

Can confirm. It's been massive pings (400ms+) constantly and lag spikes 2k-10k ms here and there roughly every 2-3 minute. At my location is does not only apply during high hours, but constantly aswell no matter the daytime. Been that way since the 14.08. update (might be coincidence).

i got two friends, having very high pings 3k+. Both have telekom as carrier. Vodafone for me works without problems.. seems there is something wrong with the routing now.

Same problem here. It gets better with a VPN but that can't be the permanent solution imo.

Also Telekom here, my friends from another ISP don't have any problems

can confirm bad connection (germany, telekom). i am close to quitting over this til its fixed or improved. really frustrating :/

The 2026-08-14 Client Upgrade made the game unplayable for me. Germany Telekom 2000+ Ping

same here. ping between 200-5k ms in evening hours, started a few weeks ago.
almost unplayable now.

Yes same here, after update ping is constantly around 10-20k and its unplayable sadly. Also from germany and telekom

I have two friends with the exact same problem. Both have Telekom as their ISP and the game has been basically unplayable for them due to lags since the update.
