Make Thunder Lizard's Hide available to the alliance

So as the title states, this is an item that is currently horde only, and despite being low level, it is part of the BiS build for spellstrike gear particularly for Feral Druids, and that means the night elf players are just at an objective disadvantage, and would have to swap to horde and back to acquire this item as it is currently only sold by Razzle Longpipe in Sparkwater which is a horde aligned NPC.

I would propose either making him neutral and moving him to somewhere like ratchet or BB, or making the cloak itself available from an alliance vendor, or an equivalent cloak(maybe with a different damage type like frost or nature)

Just saying, you can swap race for tauren then back to ne via donation shop. Quite an effort, but if its a bis item....

Also lvling alts on your account with s&s will grant you 200 donation points per char.

The spellstrike build focuses on as many on hit items as possible. So more like 'the only option for a cape' and not 'best in slot'

Honestly a reason I love the classic vibe is this kinda thing

Yeah, the whole shebang with changing faction is cool, but I dislike the asymmetry of certain high profile one-faction items...

It is BiS at 60, I actually found that spellstrike is the meta build for feral based on sims, by a wife margin
