Add Goblin & High Elf body part rep turn-ins to AV

Currently there are no Goblin and High Elf rep turn ins for AV, this would be a small way to provide more options for getting their respective reps and complete the set for each faction.

100% agree. Turtle WoW barely touched AV during their development. This one requires devs' attention. AV was originally made to include all races fighting for Horde/Alliance. Turtle added Goblin and High Elf but forgot to add their lootable trophies. You can't loot trophy from High Elf or Goblin which isn't nice because it's supposed to be 100% drop with 31 silver turn in.

On top of that I think Goblins and High Elves need representation of their kind. 1 additional High Elf and Goblin Commander should be added somewhere.
