The only reference I could find is the Holdout Medics in Gnomeregan, which visually use light magic.

I've always though they could be RP as simple medics / using technology to heal, similar to how trolls don't use the light, but the Loa, or the night elves use Elune.

Gnome hunters are justified by using technology to tame beasts, the same definitely could be applied for priests. That being said, until it happens I'm gladly going to call Gnomes godless heathens bwahaha

The thing is gnomes need a healing class, otherwise gnome only raids are not possible. And thats quite sad.
Because I hate all other races. Those tallies cant dps, cant heal, cant tank! They dont have +5% more int, which makes em stooooopid!
