Make the questlog limit more than 20 quests

1) this is possible;
2) 20 quest limit is a rudiment and anti-QoL especially for a classic+ servers and especially after level 30 and its a rly big pain 50+ lvl

25 or 30 would be fine

20 is hard coded in game client - solution for this was project unreal by turtle (new client), which as we know fall under greedy hands of "ip" owners.
