Social Media Announcments API Hook

We have finished our implementation of a public API that anyone can now call to grab the most recent developer announcements! This should allow for any social media channel to provide up to date and accurate information directly from the developers. To connect you can use the following routes.

RSS format: https://octowow.st/announce/feed.xml
JSON format: https://octowow.st/announce/feed.json

Each of these routes will give you the message in the respective format. For Discord you can use any off the shelf RSS feed reader and simply point it at this route and distribute the results however you would like. Our recommended poll rate is once per 15 seconds, or 4 PPM.
