Heavy interaction delay / Lag despite good latency

Hello!

I've been experiencing a severe issue for the past few days and I'm hoping you can help. This happens quite often now and it's becoming pretty frustrating in the long run.

I have a huge delay on basic world interactions:

• Talking to NPCs or opening the bank/vendor windows takes several seconds to load.

• When I accept a quest, it sometimes takes several seconds before it actually appears in my quest log.

• Chat messages are also delayed by a few seconds after sending them.

The strange thing is that combat works perfectly fine with zero lag, and my latency stays stable around 50 ms the entire time without any spikes.

Other players I've talked to have reported having the exact same issue, so it doesn't seem to be an isolated case on my end.

Is there anything on the server side or a known issue that could cause this?
