Ban for no reason

Hello.
You banned me for no reason. Supposedly because of boosted PvP, but if you look, I have 0 honor points. So if all it takes is spamming reports with unfounded accusations, I wonder where your server is headed.
So, could you explain to me what justifies the banning of many people from our guild, as well as my own ban to 0 Honor Points?

Hi Lads, As a member of the guild, I question the ability of OctoWow’s Game Masters to arbitrate on the server. If a few malicious players repeat lies every day, does that make them true? In my humble opinion, this seems like poor, fascist-like practices.

Look at the logs. 0 duels, 0 PvP. I did everything in PvE. So what's the reason?

What witnessed the Levia players next to Kara Krypt was a dual (logs can prove) while we were waiting our mate to finish the key quest to Krypt. As we just began, Lopp attacked me and few seconds after understood the situation and stopped. As I literaly wrote "haha" in /s, Darkshado opened me, and after a blind / sprint / stealth, we just entered in Krypt and did the instance as I assume they finished their K10 on their side, that's all that happened.

I'm just gonna try to point out what's been going on for the past few days. Our guild, Dejavu, has been harassed and trashtalked, mostly by Levia guild members, on the /world chat.

Most of the issue has been about some win trade between opposite faction members. Suddenly, Dejavu became the root of all evil wintrading and cheating in every possible aspect of the game.

Except the reality is very different, since a few members had been killing each other while waiting in front of dungeons, resulting in some honor being made during the process. That's considered wintrading, whether it's intended or not. A few guys in the guild have been doing it, and our WHOLE GUILD got warned by a GM for it, speaking directly to our Guild Master, Slimoue. That was weeks ago, and everyone has been careful not no kill members of the opposite faction ever since.

There has not been ANYTHING gamebreaking whatsoever, just a few kills between guildies, which has been warned for it and complied with GM's instructions.

Then a few days ago, two of our guild members are duelling at Karazhan cemetery, and are interrupted by Lopp, Levia's guild master, then ganked by Darkshado, one of their rogues. They escaped running into the dungeon, no one died, no honor was made. All of the Levia members which witnessed it reported our guildmembers for it, and had been harassing us on world chan ever since.

Now we have 5 banned members : Slimoue, Shikiwa, Graougraou, Rescato, and Sapik. Shikiwa and Graou have almost 0 pvp count, Rescato litterally have 0 pvp count, Slimoue had been personally warned by GM and warned every other guild member to be careful, which they have been, including Sapik.

All this happens on the night we plan on going on our first Onyxia raid, which we've made public because we looked for some PUG to reinforce the raid group. 4 of our 5 banned guild members were on raid with us in UBRS.

Now we have a very special someone, playing Warlock on the server, which mistakenly answered with the wrong account once on the world chan, with a GAMEMASTER ACCOUNT, which has been trashtalking us very actively for a few days, stating "Dejavu = evil Levia = good".

Wtf guys ? Why are our 5 guild members banned ? What is the reason ? Just give us the reason, at the very least, may be there is a good reason actually, but there's something fishy here.

On his account player, yes, most likely. Can't be 100% sure, but this player had been answering with GM account once and we spotted it, since he said he did answer with the wrong account and resume talking with his account player. Now that would be just a funny mistake revealing the player / GM identity to some poeple which were there and paying attention, nothing to fuss about. Except when that very SAME PLAYER trashtalks us writing "dejavu evil levia good" and shit, and we get 5 bans within the next few hours.
