Games freezing with pfquest

Idk why but the pf addons is causing the game to freeze where it kicks me to desktop a few seconds after loading into game. I went through disabling addons and found that its Pf doing it. Idk whats causing it i installed pfextended, pfquest, and pfquest turtlewow db. Its only this addon causing freeze. Anyone know what might be causing it?
