I am writing to submit a death appeal for my Hardcore character.
My character died strictly due to the heavy server lag and subsequent connection drop caused by the recent DDoS attack.
Character Details:
Name: Ramadownn
Class & Level: Rogue, 24lvl
Realm: C'thun Hardcore
What happened:
Suddenly, the server latency spiked tremendously due to the DDoS attack (which was also mentioned in the community channels), completely freezing my game. I could not react, use any abilities, or log out safely. When the connection stabilized, my character was dead.Since this death was entirely out of my control and caused by server-side instability, I kindly ask the GM team to investigate the logs for this specific timeframe and restore my character's Hardcore status.
