Data\patch-4.mpq error after update

I disabled all mods but I'm still getting Data\patch-4.mpq error.
Can not play game.

Getting the same critical error when I hit play in the launcher, a little help with this would be appreciated.

downloaded a fresh install, working now

manually delete the file in that folder and restart the launcher, it will say "update" install of "play". It downloads the file again and worked after that for me.
