Quest Reward Transmog

My suggestion is to make all quest rewards available for transmog so I don't have to decide at low level between unique looking items I might want to use for transmog at max level and items I actually need.

Obviously I don't know if there are 1.x client programming reasons this isn't possible, but if it is, very much seconded.
