Give thrown weapon some love

Thrown weapons is an under-appreciated and neglected compared to for instance Bows/Guns.

Give them some more love in regards to being craftable by Blacksmithing and more dropped in the wild/dungeons.

There are for instance no Uncommon (white) craftable thrown weapons.

Even a white katana was added to BS to accommodate Samurai challenge (with vagrants + craftmaster).
