Today alone, the server has experienced at least five outages, and even when it remains online, the lag has been absolutely atrocious. This is severely affecting the ability to play and is becoming increasingly frustrating for the community.
Could the team please provide an official statement explaining what is causing these issues and what measures are being taken to resolve them? We understand that technical problems can occur, but some clarification and information about the planned solution would be greatly appreciated.
