Time-Worn Rune

I'd like to see an updated version of this, mainly to stop having to fly down to obtain a new rune when the old one runs out of charges.

Requires Wardens of Time -- Exalted
Use: Teleports the caster to the Caverns of Time. CD: 20.0 min

Infinite uses, 20min CD, shares a CD with Time-Worn Rune.
