Relog time into BG's post DC

Ok so just had my first DC in WSG and surprise surprise, after getting back in (literally 5 sec's it took me to write my password) got the WSG loading screen so i assumed all good, still in... but no, spawned back outside with deserter buff for 15 min.

Sent a ticket, GM says that how its supposed to be but on Turtle we had like 30-60 second time period to get back in the BG post DC before it kicks us out and flags for deserter.

Not cool at all getting totally kicked out for something thats not even your fault without even having a time period to get back in, can you please give us at least 30 sec grace period to come back before the game kicks us out of the BG for good?

not everyone has bulletproof connection and can clearly remember not getting kicked on TWOW as long as you got back and had the BG's loading screen it would spawn you inside BG, if you tried to enter with your char and loading screen was generic it meant you got kicked out so was kind of super bummed to see wsg loading screen only to end up kicked out lol.

Anyway, instant kick is dogshit especially after waiting almost 2 hours for a quee to even pop up, please return this to how it was in Twow, no need to punish people for random disconnects.

And no this cannot be abused the way it was, on twow always worked like that and in my 3+ years of BG'ing never seen anyone abuse DC's to please dont even start with that nonsense of imaginary strawman.

Recently i got crash on ab (and same like 5 more ppl from both sides), char screen showed toon was still on ab, but after logged in got deserter.
There should be like 3 minutes window to log back.

Yep this is much needed because some people are still causing mass disconnects inside of bgs with the priest levitate bug and others.

i think with 3 minutes you can kind of grief your teammates if you really want to but i think a 30-60 sec should be enough time for random DC's for folks to come back to, unless it was something like a power outtage in which case wow quee is least of your worries haha .D

but yea, the point stands, getting punished for random slight minor internet issue or trouble with a DC AND a Deserter debuff is just dogshit while the pop is this small and BG's barelly popping.

Also for the love of god make the same apply for BG QUEES, getting kicked out of all active quees just cuz you had to relog quickly or check an alt for couple seconds is total bullshit, especially when in quees for couple hours and you gotta send something from your alt... no can do, better wait it out or risk your quee spot... how does that make any sense?

It wasnt like that on Tel Abim, you had almost 1-2 minute window to come back and still be inside the BG quee, these 2 current solutions are very punishing for no reason and definitely shouldn't be so rigorous without even giving folks a chance to requee back inside a specified time frame.

Please devs if you got any integrity evaluate this as its whole lot of demoralizing and simply doesn't feel right getting punished for something that is basically not your fault - all because some guys fearmonger by saying it can be abused by logging into 2 separate clients at once - but even tho i played vs those people for years on TA i have never seen them abuse it in the way they describe so means they just spewing false narratives, no one is going to be quick logging 2 launchers to disconnect in and out just to prevent BG deaths, sounds annoying as fuck and even if they do - report to GM should get them kicked out of BG, not fucking punish the entire playerbase on some off chance that someone might abuse the system like this without any solid evidence or proof of people doing it.

I dont really mind anything else but this is so detrimental to healthy pvp scene, you simply cannot punish players so hard on random disconnects, it just doesn't feel right.
