Deleting character

Deleting characted doesnt delete it - failed - and it shows up like no name on character creation screen. Wondering if I delete account will those names be deleted also ?

This is an issue a dev had fixed but borked the push to prod :?

Should be fixed after this latest hotfix. Thank you!
