Running out of breath on land in the grim reaches!!

hello!! i am not sure how to do a bug report but i love this server so i wanted to try!! i am questing in the grim reaches and i noticed that when i stand in a certain spot near a turtle and a waterfall at lake kithas, even though i'm completely on land i start running out of breath like im underwater!! i wasnt sure how to post screenshots since the file size on the forum is really small so i have this link to the screenshot!! one is of me standing on land running out of breath and the other is the spot on the map!! thank you!!! https://files.catbox.moe/toyctr.zip
