It's very clear the pvp realm has a few people who are consistently trolling forum posts trying to improve the experience, calling us crybabies, ungrateful, lazy and other bad faith takes. Im not disagreeing with your overall thought here but im also not sure how what i think you're asking for would be enforced. All they need to do is make a level 1 on the pvp realm and now they technically "play here" too.
Unless maybe I'm misunderstanding what you're asking for?
