Shadowforged Eye – Unable to Craft Additional Items

Hi!

I was able to craft and equip one Shadowforged Eye, but now I can’t craft another one.
When I try, I get the red message “You can’t carry any more of those items.” even though I have free bag space and none in my inventory.
As far as I know, I should be able to craft more normally into my bags.
Is this a known issue?
