Restore/Rewrite the High Elf quest chain when they join the Alliance

Before patch 1.17.1, High Elves had a fairly long quest chain in which they had to help the other Alliance races to formally join. It was a very interesting quest chain with lore that explained why the High Elves were on the Alliance side.

Unfortunately, this quest was removed after patch 1.17.1 due to the new High Elf starting zone. It would be great if it could be restored, adapted, or rewritten to make it functional again. It's well known that High Elf reputation lacks sufficient quests to reach Exalted, so it would be fantastic to restore or add daily quests and increase the reputation gained from them.
