ERROR #132 crash when entering world with character

Hello,

My game crashes with ERROR #132 when I select my character and click Enter World.

I can login normally and see the character selection screen, but when loading the world the client crashes.
Error:
ERROR #132 (0x85100084) ACCESS_VIOLATION

I already tried:
- removing d3d9.dll

I am getting the same 132 error. My tauren is in Mulgore and all of the Plainstriders are... warping in on themselves. I have cleared WDB and removed addons. No clue what to do because the game crashes before I can submit a ticket.

Hi All,

i have the same prob

I start Launcher and click play an this alert comes "Error loading Interface\GlueXML\ChallengeList.lua"
I select my Char and then come:

Error #134 (0x85100086) Fatal Condition
Program: D:\OtcoWoW\WoW.exe

CMAP::SafeOpen() failed
World\Maps\Azeroth\Azeroth_25_45.adt

I've had this problem since I installed the update this morning.

Everything is working for me again.

My final solution was to download the 8.8 GB client zip file from the Octo WoW site and overwrite my old OctoWow folder with it.

After that, everything worked again.

Same Error. Its weird because from what i've seen there has not even been an Update? Everything worked fine yesterday.

*edit looks its the HD Character & Gear Textures Mods from projectreforged that are causing the crash.
*edit 2 after enabling vanillaFixes and vanillaHelpers in Mods it started working again

So basically, because of the DDoS attacks, I ended up playing on other WoW servers, including another Turtle server and a WotLK one. What's weird is that after playing on the WotLK client for a bit, my screen resolution changed. When I logged back into OctoWoW, I had to manually adjust the in-game display resolution, and somehow that completely fixed the issue! Honestly, I have no idea why or how that worked, but it did.
