Launcher Issue/Update Fail?

[Brittrachelle]

My friend is having an issue where his game is totally updated but the "true hardcore" challenge is not present when he creates a character. His setting is set to clear his cache upon upload, and I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the launcher and that hasn't worked. Anything else I should try?
