Duke Hydraxis option to talk directly from any water

The trek to Duke Hydraxis in Azshara is one of the most tedious travel paths in the game. While I understand the "Classic" feel of journeying to remote NPCs, having to run back and forth for every single quest turn-in feels dated, especially given how other factions have evolved.

I’d love to see a quest reward (perhaps early in the chain) that allows us to turn in quests and receive the next step remotely. To keep it thematic and "flavorful," the item should only function while the player is standing in water. This maintains the class fantasy of communicating with a Water Elemental.

Note: This would only be for quest progression. To actually purchase rewards from the vendor, players should still be required to visit the Duke in person.

Also the reputation rewards for Waterlords are very underwhelming. For a faction so central to the Molten Core era, the lack of Fire Resistance (FR) gear or enchants is a missed opportunity.
