Looking for a Faithful Upscale live download link

Hi,

I just started playing Octo after a break from wow, and I cannot find a working link to the Faithful Upscale patches made by Ellea for Turtle. I love this mod, which is just an ai upscale of the old textures, but every link seems to be dead
I'd really appreciate it if someone who still has it could upload it, or provide a download link if they know one.
