Can i please appeal my level 9 HC character that died due to DDOS

Hi, im new to the server and recently started leveling a HC Paladin with craftmaster and slow and steady challanges, died today due to ddos attack, tried to appeal but it says my character is not eligible due to not being level 20, i just wanted to know if there could be an exception maybe, because i really want to do those challanges but i lost a lot of time to going around and collecting materials. I dont want to sound like a crybaby but i dont have a lot of time for playing and would be grateful if an exception could be made, if you cant do anything its all good never mind.
