wrong email linked on account

hello! my linked email domain is incorrect on my OctoWow account.

I've entered an in-game ticket. The GMs told me i must reset on the official website... the official website has a password reset via email, which as i have stated is incorrect.

Additionally, i've made an effort to update the linked account email presented in the (Profile>Edit Profile>Edit Account Settings>Email Address:) Field... however, every attempt to "submit" is met with an 'incorrect current PW entered" error... even though i'm signed into my ACC with the active PW... Maybe this is due to the ACC not being verified?? However, that, too, is linked to the SUBJECT, where my linked email is incorrect. Please assist.

We attempted again yesterday during another waved release, and have (2) accounts stuck in this status. Unfortunate for claiming queue space that for (1) is unusable and for the other is in a state of limbo - almost lvl 10 but with the ACC not fully 'accessible' any/all progress could be lost.
