Quicker Day/Night Cycle

I like the idea of a day/night cycle that is somewhat quicker than standard. Allows you to see zones in a different light (literally) in a quick playthrough; even if you're not spending all day online. Don't remember what server this idea was from, but could be something cool and hopefully simple to implement
