Not sure if it's my GPU being defective or it's just a general bug of older hardware but I get flickering lights(or textures) when going near a lamp post in elwyn forest or going near specific trees in dun morogh. Obviously since it's lighting it's impossible to capture in an image but simply put, I can go near the object, it flickers, move the camera, it flickers, I can go behind it, it might look fine from behind, the fence might flicker with the lamp post, but everything else besides that is fine
I use a 3080 gpu on a 610.88 driver, with a 5900X amd cpu. I already posted this on the bug tracker but figure I mention it here too.
