Fiery Blaze Enchantment

[Helix]

Can we finally do something viable with this Enchant? It has crazy combination of limitation: Alliance only, req 40 lvl, only 15% proc chance and comical damage. And in the End - quest is not REPEATABLE. 1 enchant per character. Somebody even can imagine the situation where this Enchant would have real meaning (i mean more meaning then another enchants like basic Fiery Weapon for example)?
My suggestion: makes this chant to do more procs damage (from 9-14 up to 15-25) and make Quest REPEATABLE!

or maybe make it increase fire resistance when it procs too!

or maybe make it increase fire resistance when it procs too!

Or even give static Fire Resist bonus with AOE Procs (like 20FRes)
