Character customization

[Berdal]

Add some QoL customization options (similar to how we're able to hide/show cloak and helm).

- Show/hide bags from waist (different bags would have different appearance)
- Allow options to sheathe weapon on waist/back (or hidden when sheated)
- Show/hide quiver/ammo pouch during combat and while sheathed
