Make Ancestral Knowledge give a flat stat buff on top of the % so it dosnt feel like a complete waste of talent points.

Rank 4 +8 all stats, +4% all stats
Rank 5 +10 all stats, +5% all stats.
These types of changes can also be aplied to mana cost reduction talents or damage increase talents with flat amounts, which will have more benefit in the early/leveling phase of the game, more dopamine!
Convection can have a flat mana cost reduction on top of the % (Shamans have realy bad mana consumption)
Concussion can have a flat spell power increase...
This can apply to all classes that have horrible starting talents.
