PvP Realm Toon Transfer

Okay, with a fresh PvP realm confirmed to be on the way.. I completely understand not immediately letting people transfer PvE characters over (although if you are going to let it happen right away that's fine too). HOWEVER..

Considering so many of us have been here since the beginning, and put work into PvP-based character builds when no such server was even mentioned to exist let alone confirmed.. I think it would only be fair (and appropriate) to at some point in the near future (or, again, immediately if you want to go that route) allow people to transfer a few characters over to the PvP realm in their current state. Because it would cause a potential unbalance at first, is the only reason I mention potentially waiting a month or two, to let those with a fresh build to catch up.

I personally have put over 16 hours (rookie numbers, I know) into my PvP challenge toon and would like the opportunity to use them for how the challenge was meant to be used.

I am just saying, I supported Octo from the first day I heard about it--even though I prefer a PvP realm I played the PvE both under PvE and with some toons heavily PvP focused, some even doing PvP challenges. I think it would only be right to not lose progress (and hours of our lives) just because the appropriate server was added after the fact. A delay is one thing which is understandable. Not at all would be a bit disheartening, as I'm just a casual with limited time trying to enjoy this aspect of the game on the (only) server I love.

am waiting transfer too
i am took 60 lvl in HC serever, have title "immortal". Transfer my champion to PVE server because at the moment tranfer I havnt information about open PVP server.
Now my champion waiting openning transfer on PVP server)
1. I am wishing go to BG, but on PVE server crossfruction and PVE most popular
2. I am wishing PVP fighting everywhere, with my champion. But farming lvl only for it - it is not good)( 2ond class champion only for PVP action-- not good)

Transfer from HC and PVE realm to PVP need to be open, and the XP rate set to X2 like Twow.
