"You have reached the cap of in-game mail recipients"

I get this message today and yesterday when I try to send coins to my main from my bank - 10 silver or w/e.

It stopped happening last night but today it's doing it again, my mailboxes are both empty and I cleared my WDB folder.

Is it a bug?

Someone suggested that I sent a bunch of stuff and didn't open it - I did but now both mailboxes are empty.

Someone else suggested there's a cooldown after you send a bunch of items - Maybe, but it's not obvious

Another said bot protection - Perhaps, I used turtle mail to send like 20 items.

Just checked again one hour later, still happening, tried to disable all addons as well.

This happened to me when I tried to send gold without an item attached, regardless of what I put in the subject or the body of the letter.

I was able to remedy this by attaching an item to the mail, any item will do.
