Bug Report: Band of Sulfuras cannot be upgraded

I'm unable to upgrade [Band of Sulfuras] to its true form. I have both the ring and [Sulfuron Ingot] in my inventory, but when I try to combine them at the Black Forge, I get an error message saying 'Item not found'. This seems to be a bug. Please look into it. Thank you!
