Hello, I was playing on 2 accounts for myself and my brothers for the last two days.
My bro is currently busy with work so I wanted to lvl up his priest in the meantime before he is available again.
I saw someone from my guild on PVE server playing 2 chars at once so I wanted to try something new and level up 2 chars too.
But it seems I got banned for this.

My nickname is Forgotten and my second character nickname is Notforgotten.

Could you please unban my account and my brothers account? I promise not to do this again. I just did not know this.
I am new player and I love Octo! <3

Please please please, I don't wanna lose all my progress, I had 2 lvl-60 on PVE server and they are affected as well What can I do to fix this problem?

For example, on TA we could multibox for trading purposes inside towns or to summon

About the ban appeal
i dont know if he was warned, but perma ban for multiboxing is a little too much imo
+ i believe in 2nd chances

Yeah, regarding the rules.. I saw that multiboxing with challenges is not allowed, so I did not turn any challenges when creating characters on PVP realm.
Turned out warmode challenge is activated by default for all new chars! And it is considered as a challenge, even thou you can't omit it on PvP realm.

I am so sorry that I violated the rules, I promise not to do it ever again.

We have lifted the ban and updated https://octowow.st/rules to better clarify the rules on the PvP realm. Our unban process has been a bit finicky lately so let me know you have any issues logging in on this thread.
