account banned - reason not specified in account panel

Hello,Our accounts have been banned (sylwiaszo and, likely due to an automatic system flag for multiboxing. This is a misunderstanding.I am playing from the same household with my boyfriend. His account name is noskill . We live together and we play simultaneously using two separate laptops on the same Wi-Fi connection. We are two different people and we do not use any multiboxing software.As proof, we have taken a photo of our gaming setup showing both of us and our laptops (i sent by account system), lift the ban on our accounts, and if possible, add our IP/accounts to the exemption list to prevent this from happening again.
