WeirdUtils Safe Standalone Core Test V8 DEBUG
This debug build diagnoses player GUID separately and tracks the selected target independently from local-player resolution. It uses ClntObjMgrGetActivePlayer and the locked target GUID at 0xB4E2D8. WoW Lua API calls stay on explicit native register wrappers.
This debug build also probes GetGUIDFromName("player"/"target") only when OutlineDebug() is manually invoked, so we can compare it against the zero-valued legacy globals without adding another per-frame call.
