Another autobid/buy bugfix
...
My last bugfix for autobid not bidding yourself up causes a new bug, aux would try to buyout things with 0 buyout price. this fixes this
sry for the bother with 2 commits...

added a isgear new filter option.
this is usefull when you dont want to use blizzard filters, like when you want to scan all items at 80% market value but you dont want to see all these useless greens and white items with incosistent market values

make random stack sizes optional
...
in my last pull request i changed the defaul behaviour of aux to max stack sizes to random stack sizes.
this pull reqeust chagnes this back and adds the /aux post stack command to toggle stacks off and get random post sizes instead

aux auto bid and price heuristics

this commit does two things
1. it implements auto bid just like auto buy
2. it has some minimum pricing heuristics when posting items. this behavoiur actiaves when the post bid price is set to 0, the buyout price behaves like a minimum
