Revert prices.lua to the errorguild.com version

Included by mistake in f38395a. This file is maintained by the website
sync, not by hand, so the local working-copy edits should not have gone
upstream. Restores the content from 8796202; the other changes in
f38395a (profsync, loot, toc) are untouched.
