Separate member and admin chat commands. /shooty to see available commands. Force tablets to top on closing, to workaround a bug with tablets appearing empty.

Expand command-line a bit. '/shooty restart' initializes shooty to attemp solving some admin functionality issues. Side-effect: You now have to use '/shooty show' for standings. More sensible upper limit to EP and GP point awards. Fiddle with initialization events a bit to try workaround issues with abnormal loading order on some private servers.

Changed default baseGP to 100 and default decay to 10%. If you are an admin verify your settings. A number of settings have moved from global saved variables to per character to facilitate usage for players that raid in multiple guilds. First character that logins with a 3.30+ version will keep the old values for main, decay, progress, offspec discount and standby (reserves) channel. Subsequent characters that login will get new defaults. Add a more detailed breakdown of PR changes to item tooltips (shows both the change and result). Add EPGP cap calculations, show PR loss on next Decay when player is nearing cap. Add an import option for the guild leader in the EPGP standings window menu. Refactor the export epgp dialog so that it can also work as an import. Add an asterisk to the player's name in standings to make it easier to spot. Add the loss of PR in next Decay next to current PR value when they are getting close to EPGP cap.

Increase Standby AFK check to one minute. Fix EP award to Standby/Reserve List and add it to addon comms. Show the AFK check countdown to reserves with the addon, on the popup. Hook LootFrame and BagSlots pre-emptively to make the masterlooter clicks seamless. Check that ML has permissions to update points before showing GP Action popup. Change some of the prefab messages to make them clearer to members.

Add a version handshake on login and an upgrade notice if a newer version is found (only once per session) Synchronize some of the Guild Leader's settings with the rest of the guild. Fix minimap icon click handler. Add a semantic version parser to use for the upgrade check. Add a link to the Github release page in About.

Added a raid loot information window for masterlooter. Added alt-click to bid call BoE in bags for masterlooter. Added a popup to assign GP directly to loot recipients when they loot items. Esc or click Remind Me Later to defer. Added addon communication (requires v3.18+) for pushing notifications of EPGP actions to members.

Fixes for outlier GP prices across all items, emphasis on T1 and Dragons, fixes to GP scaling. Standings list (for members) and other lists (for admins) can now be dismissed with Esc. Add log window for admins. Better permission checking, confirmation dialog for some important actions. Fix Bid detection regex false positives eg.[Elixir of Mongoose]. Remove a bunch of menus and windows for members that they never use.
