This PR adds a few things. First of all running this in heroic/steam/etc on linux is just a pain, this is much easier.
First of all, add scripts/build.sh which will build on debian or arch derivatives.
Update github action to also build for linux
Add Proton selection option under settings if on linux
Fix tray icon when minimizing after WoW.exe launch
Spawn WoW.exe as a separate process, etc. So we get the WoW.exe icon instead of the OctoLauncher Icon
If latest-linux.yml doesn't exist for launcher updates, don't vomit a giant error.
Oh yeah - remember the window position
