#### Carnage (Druid - TWoW Custom Talent)
The **Carnage** talent (Feral Combat tree, 2/2 required) causes **Ferocious Bite at 5 combo points** to refresh Rip and Rake back to their original duration.
**How it works:**
1. Cast Rip at 5 CP → 18 second duration (with Idol of Savagery: 16.2s)
2. Cast Ferocious Bite at 5 CP → Rip refreshes back to 18 seconds (or 16.2s with idol)
**Features:**
- ✅ **Duration preservation** - Remembers the original cast duration (including combo points, talents, and equipment modifiers)
- ✅ **pfUI integration** - Refreshed duration displays correctly on pfUI's target debuff timers
- ✅ **Multiple DoT support** - Both Rip and Rake refresh simultaneously and display correctly
**Requirements:**
- Carnage talent at rank 2 or higher
- Ferocious Bite must be cast with exactly 5 combo points
- Rip/Rake must already be active on the target
