This fixes an addon conflict with aero [1], which
is used to animate frames, causing them to have
invalid GetRight() values for a short amount of time.

map: restore scale and position when shown
...
Set the scale to previous or 0.85 because the game default
scripts set it to fullscreen scale each time. Additionaly,
as the hook is now in place, it is no longer required to
manually run the default functions when the map gets shown.

increase renderer performance by not creating all debuff slots
on each nameplate on creation, but rather only build those who
are really needed on the fly. This heavily reduces the overall
frame- and cooldown anmiation count in most scenarios.

cooldown: a weird fix for weird cooldown issues
...
Some items with huge cooldowns (like Salt Shaker) send remaining
cooldown times that are way higher than they should be. You often
see a cooldown of 52d and alike. This seems to have "reasons" and
is fixed by this commit. All credits to the guys at:

core: switch from mousedown to drag functions
...
Due to crashes/freezes while moving some frames, one possible
reason could be that pfUI was using OnMouseDown and OnMouseUp
to run its frame-moving code. I have noticed better performance
when using the intended functions, OnDragStart and OnDragStop
to move frames.
This commit changes every occurrence of such functions and splits
drag and click into seperate functions where required.
