docs: the MOD blend, SetEnabled, and the label that rode into the canvas

One new section and two amended rows, the three faults behind what grom recorded
on 2026-11-02: the fullscreen tint that drew white, the chat traceback from
picking a profile, and the hovered-zone label scaling with the map's zoom. Each
carries what was measured rather than what was argued, and the general shape —
answering half of an era's call shapes is what makes an addon's `pcall` feature
test lie.
