MONKEY (r16 M2): Stranglethorn cages are rigid, not wind foliage (B023)

foliage_wind_batch matched 'thorn' anywhere in the path, so Stranglethorn/ActiveDoodads/Cages
swayed. rigid_model basename rejection now also lists cage and prison.
