Added new menus and reworked old ones,

now you can access menus from first level dropdowns, no more silly 'Close' buttons, dropdowns close on mouse clicks outside menu area,
|
|
no more silly query server button, items refresh on mouseover, fixed strata of main window to stop it from hiding behind action bars,
|
|
added some new tables for reputations, donation rewards, added missing items, fixed icons, tooltips and more
|
